DANIEL BROUGHTON Senior Technician and Post Production Editor
Having worked in the broadcast industry for over fiveteen years, Dan has contributed on a technical level for BBC, Channel 4, and TWI productions, in addition to the main Welsh production companies such as Boomerang, Tinopolis and now SMS. As an editor he has worked on documentaries, sports and arts programmes and has an extensive practical knowledge of post-production methods and techniques.
Since 2008 he has shouldered the responsibility for the technical requirements of the SMS group including the editing infrastructure for the 5 company output, organisation of the Outside Broadcast operations of the group, the digital and HD development of the group and the satellite link-up for all group productions.
