Keith has been a senior director in both development and retail sectors for over 25 years. In Wales being the Managing Director of both Lovell Partnerships Limited, Macob Construction Limited and on a UK basis holding directorships in Vinci Plc, Conygar Investment Company Plc, and The Cooperative Retail Services.

Keith has extensive general management experience and a speciality in business development, and marketing within the private and public sectors.

As examples Keith was responsible for the joint venture between Vinci Plc and MEPC to create under a Private Finance Initiative contract Callaghan Square and Lloyd George Avenue in Cardiff, the establishment of the Royal Opera (Covent Garden)Scenery Store in Aberdare, a major urban regeneration project in Pembrokeshire in collaboration with WAG, Pembrokeshire County Council, The Crown and Milford Haven Port Authority . Keith has also acted in the capacity of development and finance consultant to the Moorfield Group, and Development Securities Plc.
